You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update such information promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@swaahaa.in if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account.
SwaaHaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
2.3 One Account Per User
Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or limitations is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
3. Description of Services
3.1 Temple Discovery
SwaaHaa provides a digital directory and discovery platform for Hindu temples, shrines, and religious institutions across India. Temple information, images, timings, and seva details are provided by Temple Partners or sourced from publicly available information. SwaaHaa does not independently verify all such information and makes no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or currency.
The inclusion of any Temple Partner on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation, or verification by SwaaHaa of that Temple Partner, its management, religious practices, or services. Users are encouraged to independently verify any information before making bookings or donations.
Temple Partners may modify schedules, close temporarily, suspend rituals, or discontinue participation on the Platform without prior notice. SwaaHaa does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular temple, seva, or service on the Platform.
3.2 Seva and Prayer Booking
Through the Platform, Users may browse available sevas and book rituals or prayers at empanelled Temple Partners. You acknowledge that:
Seva timings, availability, and conduct are solely under the control of the Temple Partner and are subject to change.
Confirmation of a seva booking is subject to acceptance by the Temple Partner.
SwaaHaa acts as a technology facilitator and not as a party to the religious service itself.
SwaaHaa does not supervise, conduct, participate in, or guarantee any religious ceremony, ritual, or seva performed by a Temple Partner.
The specific rituals, materials, and priests used are determined entirely by the Temple Partner in accordance with their religious traditions.
If a scheduled seva cannot be conducted due to circumstances beyond the Temple Partner's control, we will endeavour to facilitate rescheduling or a refund as per the Refund Policy in Section 6.
Bookings generated due to software errors, technical malfunctions, system failures, or data corruption may be cancelled or corrected by SwaaHaa upon discovery. Where payment has already been collected, an appropriate refund shall be issued.
3.3 Donation Facilitation
SwaaHaa provides a technology platform enabling Users to make voluntary monetary donations to participating Temple Partners. Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment service providers integrated with the Platform.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Donations can be accepted only from citizens of India. Before making a donation you must confirm on the Platform that you are a citizen of India. By confirming, you declare that you are a citizen of India on the date of the donation, and you are solely responsible for the accuracy of that declaration. SwaaHaa does not verify citizenship and relies on your declaration as given.
The requirement is one of citizenship, not residence. A citizen of India living outside India may donate, including from a bank account or payment instrument held outside India. A person who is not a citizen of India, including a holder of an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card, who is a citizen of another country, may not donate through the Platform. This restriction applies to donations only; Users of any citizenship may book sevas and Seva Plans.
Under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, a contribution from a person who is not a citizen of India may be received only into a bank account designated for that purpose under that Act. The accounts into which donations made through the Platform are settled are not such accounts, whether or not a Temple Partner is registered under that Act.
Donations are voluntary and, once successfully processed, are generally non-refundable except in cases of technical error, duplicate payment, or as otherwise set out in SwaaHaa's Cancellation & Refund Policy.
SwaaHaa acts solely as a technology and payment facilitation service provider for Temple Partners. SwaaHaa does not own, administer, manage, or control any Temple Partner or the religious activities conducted by them.
SwaaHaa does not independently audit, supervise, or guarantee the end-use of donations made to Temple Partners and shall not be responsible for how donated funds are utilised by the respective Temple Partner.
Tax receipts or certificates under Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, where applicable, shall be issued solely by the relevant Temple Partner. SwaaHaa does not guarantee the availability, eligibility, or validity of any tax benefit associated with a donation.
SwaaHaa may charge a platform facilitation fee or other applicable service charges for donations or other services provided through the Platform. Any such fees, where applicable, will be disclosed to Users prior to completion of the transaction.
3.4 Prasad Delivery
Where Temple Partners offer prasad dispatch as part of a seva booking or donation benefit:
Delivery timelines are estimated and are subject to courier/logistics partner availability.
Prasad is handled and dispatched by the Temple Partner and/or their logistics partners. SwaaHaa is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss during transit.
Delivery is available only to locations serviceable by our logistics network as displayed at checkout.
Users are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. SwaaHaa and the Temple Partner shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the User.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You shall:
Provide accurate information in all bookings, account registrations, and communications.
Use the Platform in a manner consistent with the religious, cultural, and spiritual nature of the Services.
Respect the sanctity and traditions of temples and religious institutions listed on the Platform.
Comply with all applicable laws including the Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991, and religious site-specific rules.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Users shall not use the Platform in violation of any applicable sanctions, export control laws, or trade restrictions.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in any country or territory that is subject to applicable trade embargoes or sanctions, and that you are not identified on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:
Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating another person or entity.
Making bookings with fraudulent payment instruments or in bad faith.
Posting or uploading defamatory, offensive, obscene, or religiously disrespectful content.
Abusing, threatening, or harassing Temple Partners, priests, temple staff, delivery personnel, or SwaaHaa employees.
Interfering with religious ceremonies or temple operations.
Misusing customer support services through abusive or fraudulent behaviour.
Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or security weaknesses of the Platform.
Using the Platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or unauthorised advertising.
Scraping, reverse-engineering, or extracting data from the Platform by automated means.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, servers, or databases.
Submitting false or misleading reviews or ratings of temples or sevas.
Using the Platform to facilitate any unlawful activity, including money laundering or financing of illegal acts.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or security of the Platform.
Using bots, scripts, crawlers, artificial intelligence systems, or automated means to access, monitor, or extract Platform content.
Using Platform content, data, images, listings, or metadata to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models without our prior written consent.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Processing
All payments for seva bookings and donations are processed through third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, or such other processors as we may engage from time to time). By making a payment, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor in addition to these Terms.
Payments made through the Platform are collected via our payment aggregator and settled to the Temple Partner's account maintained with that aggregator, net of SwaaHaa's commission and applicable taxes on that commission.
5.2 Pricing and Fees
Seva prices and donation minimums are set by Temple Partners and displayed on the Platform.
The amount shown to you at checkout is the amount you pay. SwaaHaa does not charge devotees a convenience fee, platform fee, or payment processing charge, and no such charge is added to your total.
SwaaHaa earns a commission from the Temple Partner, deducted from the Temple Partner's settlement together with any applicable GST on that commission. This does not increase the amount payable by you.
No GST is charged to you on seva bookings or donations, as these are exempt religious services under Indian law.
Prices are subject to change at any time. The price confirmed at checkout governs your specific transaction.
In the event of an obvious pricing, technical, or typographical error affecting a booking or donation listing, SwaaHaa reserves the right to cancel or correct the transaction before confirmation and issue an appropriate refund where applicable.
5.3 Payment Failures
If a payment fails or is declined, your seva booking will not be confirmed. You are advised to verify your payment status with your bank or card issuer before re-attempting payment.
In cases of double debit due to a technical error, we will initiate a full refund to the original payment method typically within 7–10 business days upon verification. Actual timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Duplicate bookings resulting from user error may not be eligible for refund unless caused by a verified technical issue attributable to the Platform.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, Users are encouraged to contact SwaaHaa so that we may attempt to resolve the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of the User account where permitted by applicable law.
5.4 GST and Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to your purchase or donation under applicable Indian law.
SwaaHaa accounts for and remits GST on the commission it charges Temple Partners. No GST is collected from you on seva bookings or donations.
Section 80G receipts are the sole responsibility of the Temple Partner.
5.5 Fraud Prevention
SwaaHaa reserves the right to delay, suspend, cancel, or refuse any transaction that appears suspicious, fraudulent, unlawful, or in violation of applicable law.
We may request additional identity verification or supporting information before processing certain bookings or donations.
Any suspected fraudulent activity may be reported to banks, payment processors, law enforcement agencies, or other competent authorities where required by law.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Seva Booking Cancellations
Each seva in a booking is assessed separately. A seva is eligible for refund if its scheduled slot begins more than 24 hours after the moment your cancellation is received, measured in the local time of the temple at which the seva is to be performed.
Eligible sevas are refunded in full - 100% of the seva amount. SwaaHaa charges devotees no convenience fee, platform fee, or payment processing charge, so nothing is deducted from your refund.
A seva whose slot begins within 24 hours is not eligible for refund, as preparation may already have commenced at the temple. A seva that has already been performed is likewise not refundable.
Because each seva is assessed separately, a booking containing several sevas may be partially refunded - you receive the full amount for every eligible seva and nothing for the others.
Where a booking has been rescheduled, eligibility is assessed against the date you originally committed to, not the revised date.
6.2 Cancellations by Temple Partners
If a Temple Partner cancels or is unable to perform a confirmed seva (due to closure, natural disaster, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances), you will receive a full refund of the seva amount. The 24-hour rule in Section 6.1 does not apply to cancellations initiated by a Temple Partner - you are refunded in full however close to the scheduled time the cancellation occurs.
6.3 Donations
Donations once made are non-refundable except in cases of demonstrable technical error (e.g., duplicate charge).
Where SwaaHaa or the Temple Partner becomes aware that a donation may have been made by a person who is not a citizen of India, the donation may be withheld, returned to the original payment instrument, or otherwise dealt with as the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 and other applicable law require, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where the law so requires. This is a compliance measure, not a refund that may be requested under this Section.
6.4 Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are typically credited to the original payment instrument within 7–10 business days after initiation. Actual timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and SwaaHaa is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider.
6.5 How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, navigate to "My Sevas" in the Platform and select "Cancel Seva". You may also contact support at support@swaahaa.in.
6.6 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed only to the original payment instrument used for the transaction. SwaaHaa will not issue refunds to alternate bank accounts, payment methods, or third parties except where required by law.
6.7 Seva Plans
A Seva Plan is a long-term commitment paid for upfront, under which a Temple Partner performs a seva on a fixed recurring schedule. Once booked, a Seva Plan cannot be cancelled or ended early, and the amount paid for it is not refundable, except as stated below.
An individual instalment of a Seva Plan cannot be cancelled on its own and cannot be rescheduled.
If a Temple Partner cancels a single instalment, a proportionate refund for that instalment is issued automatically to your original payment instrument, and the remainder of the plan continues.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on the Platform, including the SwaaHaa name and logo, website design, software code, graphics, text, photographs, and user interface elements, are owned by or licensed to Hosangadi Enterprises LLP and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable intellectual property laws.

Temple images, deity photographs, and religious content shared by Temple Partners remain the intellectual property of the respective owners. Use of such content beyond personal devotional purposes is not permitted.
The SwaaHaa name, logos, trademarks, service marks, software, APIs, databases, source code, application design, user interface, and platform architecture are proprietary intellectual property owned by or licensed to Hosangadi Enterprises LLP.
8. User-Generated Content
The Platform may allow you to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, and comments regarding temples and sevas. By submitting such content, you:
Grant SwaaHaa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence solely for the purposes of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Platform and its services.
Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Agree that your content will not be false, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, or in violation of any applicable law.
SwaaHaa reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, applicable law, or the religious and cultural values the Platform seeks to uphold.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights you may have in such content solely to the extent necessary for SwaaHaa to exercise the licence granted under these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 Platform Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SWAAHAA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9.2 No Religious Guarantee
SwaaHaa is a technology facilitation platform. We make no representations regarding the spiritual efficacy, religious validity, or specific outcomes of any seva, prayer, ritual, or donation facilitated through the Platform. Religious practices are governed entirely by the relevant Temple Partner's traditions and the faith of the individual User.
SwaaHaa shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction relating to religious customs, traditions, rituals, spiritual expectations, or perceived spiritual outcomes arising from any seva or donation.
9.3 Temple Partner Content
Information about temples, sevas, timings, and fees is provided by Temple Partners or sourced publicly. SwaaHaa does not independently verify all such information and is not liable for inaccuracies, outdated information, or discrepancies between Platform listings and actual temple conditions.
9.4 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOSANGADI ENTERPRISES LLP, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN ANY EVENT, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SWAAHAA IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
9.5 Platform Availability
SwaaHaa does not guarantee that the Platform or any part of the Services will be available at all times or without interruption. Maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, internet disruptions, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
Users are responsible for maintaining copies of any information, receipts, or records they may require. SwaaHaa does not guarantee permanent storage or retrieval of historical data except where required by applicable law.
Scheduled maintenance may be carried out periodically and may temporarily affect availability without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hosangadi Enterprises LLP and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and Temple Partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform or Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; (d) any content you submit to the Platform; or (e) your violation of any applicable law.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, messaging providers, mapping services, authentication services, and other technology providers. Your interactions with such third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. SwaaHaa is not responsible for the content, conduct, or practices of third-party services. SwaaHaa shall not be liable for any interruption, failure, delay, or data loss caused by any third-party service provider.
SwaaHaa may rely on information, schedules, pricing, images, descriptions, and other content provided by Temple Partners or third-party service providers. While reasonable efforts are made to keep such information current, SwaaHaa does not warrant that such information is accurate, complete, or up to date.
12. Mobile Applications and App Store Terms

13. Relationship with Temple Partners
SwaaHaa operates as an independent technology platform that connects Users with Temple Partners. We do not own, manage, or control any temple or religious institution listed on the Platform. Temple Partners are independent entities responsible for the conduct of all religious services, management of donations received, issuance of tax receipts, and compliance with applicable religious, charitable, and trust laws.
SwaaHaa does not itself act as a charitable or religious institution and does not receive charitable donations in its own capacity unless expressly stated.
SwaaHaa makes no representation that any Temple Partner is registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA) or that they hold 80G / 12A / 12AA exemptions under the Income Tax Act. Donations through the Platform are accepted only from citizens of India, whether or not a Temple Partner is registered under the FCRA (see Section 3.3). Users are encouraged to verify the registration status of Temple Partners independently before making large donations. Temple Partners are solely responsible for complying with all applicable religious, charitable, taxation, trust, labour, and regulatory laws governing their operations.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, franchise, or agency relationship between SwaaHaa and any Temple Partner or User. SwaaHaa is not the agent, trustee, employee, representative, or fiduciary of any Temple Partner.
14. Suspension and Termination
SwaaHaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with prior notice where reasonably practicable, or without prior notice where immediate action is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the Platform or its users, if:
You breach any provision of these Terms.
We are required to do so by law or a competent authority.
We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity associated with your account.
You engage in conduct that is disrespectful of religious sentiments or the spirit of the Platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by accessing the account deletion option within the Platform or by contacting us at support@swaahaa.in. Upon deletion or termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately.
Certain records relating to completed transactions, payments, taxation, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance may continue to be retained after account deletion where required by applicable law or our legitimate business obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Right to Refuse Service
SwaaHaa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse access to the Platform, reject any booking or donation, or discontinue providing Services where reasonably necessary for operational, security, fraud prevention, legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes.
16. Force Majeure
SwaaHaa shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, governmental actions or restrictions, changes in law, court orders, temple closures, religious festivals or events affecting temple operations, labour disputes, strikes, transportation disruptions, power failures, internet outages, internet shutdowns, cyberattacks, failures of telecommunications infrastructure, failures or interruptions of third-party technology providers or payment service providers, cloud service outages, or any other unforeseen event beyond SwaaHaa's reasonable control.
17. Electronic Communications

19A. Seva Plans and Recurring Services
SwaaHaa offers Seva Plans - recurring seva services under which a Temple Partner performs a seva for you on a fixed schedule over an extended period. The plan price, cadence, duration, and the full schedule of occurrences are disclosed to you before purchase.
Seva Plans are paid for in a single upfront payment covering the whole plan. They do not renew automatically and you will not be charged again without placing a new order. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for Seva Plans are set out in Section 6.7 and in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
20. Amendments to These Terms
SwaaHaa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or in-app notification, where required by applicable law, at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your account.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Notwithstanding the above, SwaaHaa reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
